The residence is a complex of 14 studios and apartments with a total area of 261 m² built in 1996. It is based on innovative architecture, located in Atsipopoulo, just a short 5 minute drive away from the lovely town of Rethymno.

Fitted with hypoallergenic Coco-Mat beds and mattresses, all air-conditioned studios and split-level apartments of the residence open out to a private balcony or terrace with pool or garden views. Each has a kitchen with dining table, combined oven and hobs, and a flat-screen TV. The stylish bathrooms offer free toiletries while a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers are also provided. Some units have a fireplace too.
