Description
For sale a hotel with 17 single, double and triple apartments which can accommodate 2-6 people, built in 1988 in Tersanas, Akrotiri. The total area of the hotel is 1400 m2 and it is built on a plot of 6000 m2 surrounded by lush gardens.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchen, balcony, air condition, TV and safe. Most of the balconies and terraces of the apartments have an uninterrupted view, since the hotel is built on a hill 150 m from the sea. The apartments are furnished to a high standard with traditional painted furniture and all of them have at least one terrace or balcony with their own tables and chairs, and a separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
The hotel also has a swimming pool of 140 m2 with a separate children’s section, pool bar and a restaurant.
The beautiful and safe beach of Tersanas is just 10 minutes far for those who are not willing to use a car, while at about the same distance from the hotel there are: a super market and some more local taverns.
So the combination of hotel and area, guarantees a relaxing and enjoyable holiday for summer visitors.
This picturesque location also ensures that guests can have peace and privacy when they need, yet still have the convenience of a large bustling town like Chania within a 20 minutes’ drive. With a pool and taverna so ideally situated and a little beach just a stroll away, you may decide to stay in the hotel for the whole of your holiday! Should you feel like trying something more active there is plenty to do at the Akrotiri and the surrounding area, plus of course the longest gorge in Europe!
The apartments are surrounded by landscaped gardens that have been planted with a rich variety of trees, shrubs and flowers. These include mimosa, fig, oleander, hibiscus, palms, the ever-present olive, begonias and bougainvillea. There is also wild thyme, fennel and rosemary growing nearby and in the early spring the irises, gladioli, sun roses, and many more wild flowers fill the local pastures and mountainsides.
A few minutes’ walk away is the little village of Chorafakia with two more tavernas, a small supermarket from which you can purchase all the essentials, a bakery and a garage. Here you can catch the local bus that makes a round trip between Chania and Stavros.
