Maisonette house with a shared pool, great mountain views in Plaka

Entry to the complex is via a small village lane directly to the parking area adjacent to the complex and the pool. The maisonette is reached via the front of the building and through its little garden and the front terrace. The ground floor is comprised of the living room with wide openings to the front terrace, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom. The clothes washer has been cleverly installed in the spandrel. A tiled staircase from the dining area that leads to both bedrooms with a large balcony where you can enjoy an excellent mountain view accesses the first floor. There is also a shower room on the first floor.

There are six maisonette sharing the pool. Common area and pool maintenance fees are about 31 € per month.

The center of the village with its many amenities is just a short 150 meters walks, Almyrida sandy beach is 1200 meters away and Chania center about 30 minutes’ drive.
