Golden Visa Program
The Golden Visa program offers non-European citizens who purchase properties with a real-estate investment of €250.000 or more the opportunity to obtain a Permanent Residence Permit in Greece and the EU. The investment can be made in land, off-plan, new or resale properties as long as the minimum value is met. It can be either a single or multiple properties with a combined
value of €250,000 or more.
This visa grants a 5-year duration and can be renewed thereafter. It allows the visa holder, along with their family (spouse, children under 21 years old, parents of the visa holder, and parents of the spouse), to travel freely within the Schengen area comprising 25 European countries. In essence, the Greek Visa serves as a pathway to permanent residency through property investment under
Greek legislation.
